Travel to Kyrgyz Republic – Policies

• $590 USD non-refundable booking fee
• Hotel accommodations (including breakfast)
• Full-time local guide/interpreter
• Lunches and dinners
• Transportation within Kyrgyz Republic (including airport pickup/drop-off)
• Tour activities and entertainment
• Optional: A 90-second social media–ready video of your trip

• Travel and medical insurance
• Airfare
• Visa fees
• Alcoholic beverages
• Souvenirs or personal purchases

• Your home-country health insurance likely does not cover international travel.
• Travel and medical insurance are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive policy to cover:
  Medical emergencies
  Trip cancellations or delays
  Lost or stolen belongings

Travel to Kyrgyz Republic is not liable for any consequences arising from lack of insurance coverage.

Guest Cancellations

• 60+ days before the trip: Full refund minus the $590 booking fee
• 59 days or less: 50% refund will be issued

No exceptions can be made, as accommodations and services are booked in advance.

We do not offer credits for late arrivals or early departures.

While rare, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip. If that happens, you may choose to:

• Transfer your payment to a different trip or future date
• Request a refund
• We are not responsible for any external costs (e.g. airfare, lost wages, etc.) you may have incurred in preparation for the trip.

• Travel cancellation insurance may reimburse you if you need to cancel.
• For best coverage, purchase insurance within 14 days of booking.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have:

• Travel to Kyrgyz Republic uses third-party vendors for certain services.
• We are not liable for their actions, changes, or omissions.

By joining our trip, you voluntarily participate in all activities and agree to waive any claims against Travel to Kyrgyz Republic, its employees, or affiliates for:

• Injury
• Loss
• Property damage

By participating, you grant Travel to Kyrgyz Republic the right to use photos or video taken during the trip for:

• Marketing
• Promotional
• Commercial purposes

You waive any legal claims related to the use of this media.

In the event of unexpected disruptions beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics):

Refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on individual circumstances and non-refundable costs already incurred.
